We've implemented a new security process to ensure the safe redemption of your Amazon gift cards. This process adds an extra layer of protection against potential security threats. The information in this page will walk you through that redemption process.

Security codes and claim codes do different things! Your reward’s value is tied to the claim code which you can only access through your security code.
Amazon gift card redemption process

Copy the 8-digit alphanumeric security code displayed in your reward email. The security code is not case-sensitive.

Click the Redemption URL link to access the "unlock your reward" page.

Enter the security code into the provided text box.

The webpage will refresh, revealing your claim code.
The following image displays the information found in your reward email, including the security code and Redemption URL.
You can now use your claim code to add the reward's balance to your Amazon account. Simply visit http://amazon.com/gc/redeem log into your Amazon.com account and then add the claim code to your account balance.
