Order Processing and Delivery Timeframe
- Once the order is submitted, please allow 12 to 15 business days for your reward to reach you.
- Additionally, address information cannot be edited once the order has been submitted.
Shipping Charges
- There is no shipping charge when redeeming a merchant-branded physical gift card.
Orders in Transit
- Merchant-branded physical gift cards are sent via USPS First Class mail.
- High mail volumes may lead to occasional delays; kindly allow 15 business days before reaching out.
- Notify Tango within 30 days from the order date for further assistance.
Federal Holidays
- Orders made on federal holidays are processed and shipped on the subsequent business day.
Quantity Restrictions
- To ensure efficient processing and delivery, each order is limited to 4 cards per envelope.
International Shipping
- Physical merchant-branded cards cannot be shipped outside of the United States.
