Reward Link®: Step-by-step Redemption Guide

Redeeming a Reward Link® Received via Email:

  1. Click the Redemption Link

Within the reward email, click on the provided Redemption Link to initiate the redemption process. Skip this step if you've already accessed the Reward Link.

  1. Choose Your Rewards

Select the desired reward(s) you'd like to redeem using your Reward Link. Please note that your Reward Link may have physical options as well as digital, depending on your program’s selections. If you have physical options available, you will find a dropdown menu where you can select between physical and digital options.

  1. Select Value and Add to Cart

Choose the value of the reward, either manually entering a dollar amount or selecting from the pre-selected drop-down menu. If a physical card is selected, the amount is pre-determined and cannot be modified   Click "Add to Cart” if you are still making selections or “Check Out” if you are ready to check out.

  1. Additional Selections (if applicable)

If you have a remaining balance and wish to choose another option, repeat Steps 2–4.

  1. Proceed to Checkout

Once you've selected your rewards, click "Checkout" or click the Cart icon in the upper right corner of the page.

  1. Provide Details

Provide your name and email address. Please note that the email address field may be restricted to the address where your Reward Link was initially sent. If you are selecting physical gift cards, provide your name, address and email address.  Please confirm the information entered is accurate before completing your order, as Tango is not responsible for orders submitted with inaccurate email or physical delivery addresses.

  1. Complete Your Order

Click "Place Order" to finalize the redemption process. It is important to note the following, which is also displayed above the “Place Order” button: by placing your order, you agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. Orders are non-refundable.

  1. Check Your Inbox

Your gift cards will be sent to the email provided. Check your inbox for their arrival. Note that physical gift card orders may take as many as 15 business days to arrive.

Redeeming a Reward Link® Received via Physical Mail:

  1. Visit the Redemption Page

Go to https://www.rewardlink.io/redeem.

  1. Enter the 16-Digit Code

Input the 16-digit code provided on your mailed Reward Link. Remember, these codes are not case-sensitive, and hyphens are not needed.

  1. Choose Your Rewards

Spend your balance on one or more rewards from the catalog of popular brands.

  1. Delivery Method

Based on your preference, you'll receive your selections via email or mail. Choose accordingly.

  1. Complete Your Order

Your gift cards will be sent to the email provided. Check your inbox for their arrival. Note that physical gift card orders may take as many as 15 business days to arrive.

Note:

  • For email recipients, check your junk/spam folders if the reward emails are not received instantly.

  • The order confirmation number is for tracking and cannot be used to access your gift card.
