
Your Reward Link® not only grants you access to a vast catalog of reward options but also provides the convenience of resending any digital reward you've redeemed directly from the platform. This guide will walk you through the steps to effortlessly resend your digital rewards.
Note that Tango does not store your reward credentials indefinitely. All credentials are deleted periodically for security and anti-fraud purposes. Please store your credentials securely as you are solely responsible for the security of your credentials once delivered.
How to Resend a Digital Reward

Access Your Reward Link
Navigate to your Reward Link by clicking the link in your reward email or typing the URL into your browser, especially if you received a printed Reward Link in the mail.

Click on History Icon
On your desktop screen, find the History icon in the top-right corner.

Select the Reward
Locate the reward you wish to resend and click the Start Chatbot button associated with it.

Follow Chatbot Prompts
Initiate the resend process by following the prompts provided by the Chatbot.

Delivery Timeframe
Your resent digital reward should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes, but please allow up to 24 hours for delivery. If you don't see it immediately, check your junk/spam folder, as reward emails may be filtered there.
Resend a Digital Reward to a Different Email Address
Resending is limited to the original email address. If you need to send your reward to a different email, please contact us for assistance. Please note that you will need to be able to access the original email address your reward was sent to. If you are unable to access your original email address, please contact the program through which you earned your reward as they will need to make the request on your behalf.Note:
