Tango urges you to treat both physical and digital gift cards like cash. Tango cannot be held responsible for the security of your email address or gift card balance once it's in your possession. Please secure all gift cards received and regularly update your email password to ensure the safe delivery of digital rewards.

Note that Tango does not store your reward credentials indefinitely. All credentials are deleted periodically for security and anti-fraud purposes. Again, please store your credentials securely as you are solely responsible for the security of your credentials once delivered.

Lost digital gift cards

If you've misplaced a digital gift card, don't worry! You can also access our Chatbot for further assistance or reach out to our customer support team, and one of our representatives will assist you by either resending your gift card or guiding you in the right direction. 

Lost physical gift cards

Branded physical cards are considered equivalent to cash and are non-replaceable. Ensure you keep any physical gift card you receive in a safe and secure place to guarantee it's only accessible by you. Should you possess the card number and PIN details, feel free to reach out directly to the merchant for assistance.
